MEET THE DOCTOR

Welcome!

Just like you, I am also a mother, a wife, a sister, and a daughter. I too, have had my fair share of challenges in life. I immigrated to this country at a young age and I quickly learned the value of hard work and education from my parents.

My passion for medicine stems from my desire to help people live a long, healthy life. In my culture, it is common to wish someone 100 years of life. As your physician, it is my goal to help you get there!
I created this practice because I strongly believe that today’s healthcare system creates too many challenges for patients to get the care they deserve. I have been a patient myself and have often felt the frustration that comes with today’s healthcare system. Waiting rooms are too crowded, wait times are too long, visits with the practitioners are too short, and empathy for patients is often lacking.

My goal is to help make my patients feel at ease to discuss their health concerns by offering a patient-centric approach to medicine. I want to build strong patient-doctor relationships with each one of my patients based on trust, respect, and open-communication. Some of my interest arises are preventive medicine, women’s health, diabetes management, and mental health and wellness. I aim to empower my patients with the knowledge they need to lead long healthy lives and I hope to be an advocate for their healthcare needs.

I would be truly honored to be your physician and I hope you join this journey with me!

Liv DPC

I believe medicine is a team-effort between the physician and the patient.

evidence-based medicine

I practice medicine that is backed by the latest research. I do not prescribe medications or order labs based on the latest trends in healthcare.

holistic approach

Health is more than just a "quick fix". I believe in taking the time to implement changes in our lifestyle to achieve optimum health, rather than turning quickly to medication.

individualized medicine

Medicine is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone has their own story, their own challenges, and their own lifestyle. I believe in safely practicing medicine in a way that fits with my patients life and goals in order to keep them healthy.
